Hi, I'm Nadia Cruz Curtis, I am a results-driven supply chain management professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in the mining industry, encompassing both onsite and corporate environments across Canada, Honduras, and Guatemala. My career has spanned end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, supplier risk management, inventory control, and strategic optimization—supporting both greenfield development and mature mining operations.

With a unique blend of operational and consulting expertise, I have successfully led supply chain integration efforts, managed multi-site procurement portfolios, and supported system implementations and ERP transitions. My approach is rooted in aligning supply chain strategies with broader organizational goals, ensuring cost efficiency, operational resilience, and compliance with international standards.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, an MBA with a specialization in Project Management, and professional certifications including PMP and Disciplined Agile Scrum Master. My PhD in Leadership and Coaching further amplifies my ability to lead diverse teams, facilitate organizational change, and build trust-based stakeholder relationships in complex, multicultural environments.
Seven years of direct, hands-on experience living and working in remote mining camps have given me a deep understanding of the logistical and human challenges unique to the sector.
